Currently, building a digital twin is highly resource-intensive and technically complex, often putting it out of reach for smaller manufacturers. TeaTwin bridges this digital gap by developing a semi-automated, simulation-based Digital Twin that integrates directly with existing SAP S/4HANA systems.

Our solution utilizes a bidirectional interface to seamlessly extract structural, process, and product data from SAP. A smart assistant then processes this information—intelligently resolving data inconsistencies—to generate an executable simulation model of your factory floor.

Within this risk-free environment, planners can run optimization scenarios for order sequencing and machine scheduling. The optimized plans are then fed directly back into the SAP system. This creates a continuous, adaptive loop that reduces simulation setup time by 50%, maximizes resource efficiency, and improves on-time delivery, all without requiring in-house simulation experts.
